He repeatedly keeps saying that accountability rests with him. So when the judicial enquiry finds that there were failings within one or more government authorities overseeing the quarantine hotel fiasco then as final accountability rests with him he has no choice except to resign. There is no other interpretation that can apply. Unless you don't mean what you say. I'm not holding my breath on this. I wish the Governor would sack him on the grounds of lack of confidence in managing the State. The power does reside with the Governor
