Victoria's legal system is clearly flawed and prone to unsafe judgements/convictions. It's way too far left as evidenced by this and other cases. The circumstances surrounding the use of Nicola Gobbo by Police as an informer is further evidence of the pathetic state of our legal system here in Victoria.
Who in the right mind would expect fairness in the Victorian Courts. Shame on our State Government and their communist supporters. Our jury system is clearly also flawed and prone to influence from media celebrities.
We need a Royal Commission into Victoria's Legal System and the abuse of process perpetrated on many innocent persons now rotting in our jails.
