This is a slightly different issue to the gerrymander, but it is typically voters in the larger, less densely populated areas that end up with their vote being "worth more" as these electorates typically have smaller overall populations so fewer votes required to get a seat in the parliament. Victoria was redistricted last year though so this isn't a major issue in this election - all the electorates are ~45k to 55k, but in general the larger rural electorates have marginally lower populations than the smaller urban ones.
