But pretending that only the Andrews Government is guilty of cost overruns is just plain silly ... for example and in comparison, would you care to document Coalition government projects which ran to budget and to schedule - such as the Melbourne CBD to Doncaster light rail project PROMISED at the 2010 Victorian Election which wasn't even started four years later?

But just today we learn about the Big Daddy of them all - Morrison's waste of $368 Billion on totally useless US submarines has a 50% 'contingency' in case things go wrong!
