Agree with "The one raises revenue by taxes on incomes and corporate profits." but the fact that land tax on rental property is a Commonwealth tax deduction does not seem to have been raised in the debate so far. So effectively the Commonwealth will be picking up part of the land tax increase as well as part of the payroll tax increase which seems to be a smart move by the Victorian Government to help pay off the debt.
