Nebulisers in hospitals have been banned in Vic hospitals since last March (some very limited exemptions) so who forgot to tell Emma Cassar and Lisa Neville that nebulisers and CPAP machines are ddddddangerous? Very dangerous in rooms that have convetional ventilation.

Andrews' nine lives have been used up. Time for the premier to resign.
