What proof are you after? Australia and New Zealand appear to be the only countries still with mass lockdowns. I am sure I've missed at least 1 though. Bangladesh and Malaysia seem to be fans but they keep it down to a few weeks and didn't look to have had any for a while. Cause you know, there's a vaccine now.
