Is twiggy talking about using shells boat thing... Prelude, I think it's called it's a motherf......
It's a floating lng plant, not really a boat as such... Has to be towed.
Couple it up to offshore gas fields and it liquefied the stuff there n then... No need to pipe it ashore... Your transport ships pull up along side and fill up.
Maybe it's a ploy to illustrate the stupidity of this moratorium... I'm hoping labour started it quick so they can get it over with just to appease the freebies.. With yet another study.
