Standard operating procedure ..... do you mean to imply that woman who is pregnant should no longer be responsible for inciting a riot?
everyone who is arrested for whatever charges, regardless of whether they are pregnant, goes through the same procedure.
are you against police locking up crime now? arresting people who are charged with offences against state laws is quite appropriate don't you think?
