AppAnnie's first record of World Phone for Android being available on Google Play is on 24 November (ver. 1.0.16). AppAnnie records downloads for the first time on 26 Nov (ver 1.0.19) in the Americas with data for Canada. Vietnam, Kuwait and Yemen follow on 27 Nov and another 10+ countries, including the US, Philippines, Pakistan, were added on 28 Nov.
While AppAnnie does offer some immediate feedback for investors in NOR, but the information it provides is partial. As of 6am this morning, AppAnnie still listed World Phone for Android as having between 10,000-50,000 downloads... yet we know it moved into the 100-500k bracket around midday yesterday.
Waiting now for an announcements from NOR that confirms the success of the Android release...
