    I guess I just find it frustrating that most people who I have told to download the app don't seem to realise that they need it open otherwise I can't call them for free. I need to call them first using credit or text them to tell them to turn on their worldphone app so that I can then call for free...viber doesn't have that issue and even though it's an inferior service I can see people thinking that it's easier and less complicated.
