    Thats pretty much the story I have heard too ... it remains to be seen whether the russians can kick start the chinchilla burn and operate it a smoothly and successfully as Ergo did. Its misleading to suggest unequivocally that the 1999 to 2002 trial burn means it will work with different, russian technology.
