whats a few months when your spending 100s of millions of dollars?
PEK just released details of its most important product
If I was the financier I would want a sample of that and ship it off to an independent lab for a report
there is no rush for PEK to open a mine, REE prices are unlikely to ramp up much in the next couple of years if LYC get their act together
