i was a holder cash. disclosure is voluntary and i am not negative on the stock so i dont bother to change it.
can you tell me why then they have opened their dataroom and have put up the for sale sign?
Are they requesting further hostile bids?
Is it possible that the Share traders (the beards) led zfx to believe a takeover was welcome and then called it hostile in order to get the price up and or to attract other bids?? otherwise why would u open the dataroom?
If you were not for sale it would be shut and remain shut to everyone.
one thing we know for sure is that the beards are not managing anything the way shareholders would like.
If they compare themselves to soc gen after losses in the stock market will they compare themselves to Pasminco when they go bust???
