    Hi Jim,

    Yes I've read both the ANE's "REJECT" announcement and GNS's announcement today.

    On ballance, I think GNS's offer IS "fair and reasonablke". No one else would likely to make a higher bid. The ANE management is just too unrealistic.

    At today's price $6.63, 48c above the offer of $6.15, and nearly double that before the bid, it is a good chance for Sell.
