    I sold out of ANE during the takeover offer a few months ago ( on market just above the offer price ). They are now more than 10% cheaper.

    That takeover was only partially completed because the CEO didn't want to sell. My view is that at some point soon, GNS will be back with a slightly better offer. Or he will get tired of being CEO and want to retire. Or he will have some big disagreement with GNS.

    Does that make ANE a medium term buy opportunity ? I think it does.
