sofiya, in absolutely no guise could my worst enemy call me a Julia supporter. I really despise her as a political machinator.
But to say that she is directly responsible is ridiculous. The people who are DIRECTLY responsible are those who got on board the boat. Secondary responsibility is the people who owned and ran the boat.
