I do not know what the implied exclamation is all about and I am assuming it is addressed to me!?
Work is something I know a lot about: I research, I read and I think twice before I open my mouth and one of the questions i always ask myself is this:
Is my comment going to be an improvement, a little hook for the other party to begin questioning also? Or is my comment simply from my belly, because 'I HATE' what the other party believes, says, thinks, if it is the latter, I think twice before replying.
The remainder is like it is for all of us; I make the usual mistakes by not having enough information, have not been genuinely involved not enough skin in what is being talked about, and I am aware it is just so much talk - hot air in some instances - but talk as in conversation can help everyone along the path to knowledge, tolerance etc. Go well Taurisk
