Actually not, Neuren is an invested owner of the Angelman conference and derives income from attendance.
Current profits from the conference and asosciated merchandise sales are priced in at $3/share - so the more people that attend the conference the better our bottom line.
Its also possible the Angelman community might go for a passive takeover of Neuren - so its always worth watching the conference discussions to ensure shareholders re informed.
