statistical significance is the better term. Clinically meaningful might mean 3 in four have less seizures, for example. But clinical significance might require 9 in ten. You need to know how to do the maths to work it out. The bigger the sample size, the easier it is to get clinical significance, but each sample size is different. You are looking for a 95% chance that what you are observing has not happened by chance( think of the monkey randomly typing a book…it is possible, but will take a few tries.)
