Orders can be entered from 08:30:00 to 08:59:00 (pre-open) followed by a non-cancel period from 08:59:00 to 09:00:00 after which order matching will occur and the market will open.

Orders that can be matched are matched at a single price computed based on an algorithm set by SGX-ST. The computed price will be the closing price for the day.
   
First trade on gbm 11.49 syd time time in Singapore 8.49 am they are 3 hrs behind syd aust time ,,so I'm sorry I can't agree with you ,,,def some think happening ,,tick tick tick ,,I know for sure the afternoon buy orders 1 m at 2 cents 1.47 m at 0.019 and 1.3 m at 0.018 ..all these 3 buy orders are broker orders ,,, fact ,,,
