Since last years agm, we were told that all we were waiting on was the ML and then it was all systems go. Several announcements also indicated that during the long protracted process of waiting for the ML, behind the scenes they were getting finance arrangements in place so that once the ML was given, a lot of the finance work would have been done.
11 months on side the agm and it seems not much has happened.
Yes, we have a ML. But that was supposed to be immininent last December.
Very disappointing and unlike this team to over promise and under deliver.
