They will quite possibly want to top up on both their Platinum and Diamond holdings...
Regarding Platinum, one very good option would be to make an offer for NKWE (NKP) to get at those millions of ounces in South Africa but the question then is would the Chinese want to sell, probably not.
As far as diamonds, nothing on the world market comes close to LOM...
we are finally positioned to be their most obvious and attractive target...
the obvious question here is do they make a play soon and snap us up for a few dollars a share or do they wait a while, e.g. after kimbo(s) are proven to be super-economic (I love that word), in which case they may have to pay well over 1 Billion Mkt Cap.
I suppose they could offer a combination of cash and scrip, that would be good for everyone, especially for those of us who would always like to retain some kind of financial interest in LOM's future.
(Half cash and half Anglo shares, that's got a nice ring to it)
