    I agree Ralph, however the company is not going to ring a bell to warn us that the next day they will be announcing the JV.

    Hence why I believe the path has been cleared, and we are as close as ever to that news. Hence why I was a buyer on Friday. This has been derisked substantially this week.

    I too had a bucket load of (worthless for now) expired options.
