Searching around, I found this old skoping report for EMP amendment process for the proposed expansion projects at Modikwa platinum mine prepared in July 2008.
The mining boundry on page 13 of over 100 doesnt include the deeps and I havent found details of proposed expansions...
2008 was the time of negotiations with DMR that ARM say they missed out on.
I skimmed, looking for mention of the deeps etc and couldnt see anything.
Perhaps the long read which includes tribal history will interest some-one?
