You might ask what do Anglo,Freeport & Teck have to do with Metminco well cop this.
My mail is that they are all sniffing around and have been so for a month.All three are in Peru, Anglo own nearby mine Quellaveco (1b/t) and Freeport owns nearby Cerro Verde (2.8 b/t) and my mail is that Teck want a big piece of the action.
Keep in mind we also have copper giant Southern Copper next door with Toquelala & Cuajone.
I believe it's only a matter of time before one of the above or someone else makes a play for MNC,as they say "where there is smoke there is fire" and this baby is going to get real big 4 b/t plus imo.
