The cleanest and quickest way out of this mess/confusion
is for Nkp to negotiate with Anglo and try to get them on board.Any other way and we'll be involved in a long,costly
concourt case.Cash rich Anglo can wait years for the outcome but Nkp hasn't got the resources to fight such a case long term.Also even if the X option is taken we'll still be involved in a concourt case which could swing anyway.As we have seen justice in SA is dictated by who is willing to spend more.
Come on NKP do a deal with Anglo and save us all these
sleepness nights.
