I couldn't agree more. My broker has been on top of this since day 1 and has sent 3 update emails to his client book regarding Nkwe since the court decision last week. He was the one that introduced me to the stock so some could argue that I could be 'annoyed' however on the contrary I am impressed with the fact that he has faced issues head on and is constantly in touch with his clients. Plus he recommended an overweight position in CPL and IAU a year ago which will more then cover any potential losses several times over.

It is in everyones best interest to resolve this as quickly as possible.

It is my hope the next announcement from Nkwe confirms that negotiations are ongoing with Anglo and until these are concluded no legal action will be taken.

We'll see if common sense prevails.
