what if all this is about getting X to move aside.
then the jv is just with Anglo.
If it was so easy back then they would have.
But, they would have to fight the DMR who issued the new order rights.
Too much water under the bridge, and they have been in continued negs since then.....
Its like, a big stick, that they can wave around, but unlikely to hit its target, the DMR or NKP, but would scare X off.
