I think it makes sense to say that Nkp should avoid another concourt case.At this moment in time the easiest way is if a deal with Anglo is struck,i.e.,if they are willing.It won't be a perfect outcome for the shareholders but hopefully most of us will make some profit and in short term.The alternative is a long drawn concourt case at the end of which we could loose everything as SA justice is a bit different to what me and you are used to.

I really hope there are other possibilities which will avoid a court case and maybe someone can shed some light.
