I sought feedback from Anglo with regards to a number of issues pertaining to NKP.

1. Has Anglo disposed of its 50% of the Modikwa Mine to ARM ?

If it has disposed its mine then the DMR and NKP will need to resolve the Modikwa Deeps dispute only with ARM.

2. Have both ARM and Anglo settled the Modikwa Deeps dispute with the DMR, Genorah and NKP?

Once the Mining Licence is issued to Genorah Resources that should confirm dispute settlement in my opinion.

Judging by the reply below we may obtain an insight by July 21st if not earlier.

Thank you for your email, the issues raised herein will be addressed at the interim results presentation scheduled for 21 July, we are currently in closed period until then.
