Mmm I wonder if the mining right (new order) that ARM didnt have for Modikwa when last I looked which is years ago, I must admit....A new order mining right ....I am thinking along those lines...
and having the players operators JV BEE finance environment and that term of mining right/life etc
under one ' new order' mining right would have to be an incentive to include or talk to or JV with the guys closest to having notorised paperwork....that might embrace a bigger area with more uptodate info etc.
That MIGHT explain why there is no 30 year term announced for Nkwe and Ivanhoe does get a term because they have more clarity and Nkwe might morph a bit....just my imagination again
