looks like there has been a large seller recently which drove the price down from 8.5c to 6.5c, when fundamentals remain in tact. Perhaps the oppie seller is also associated with the same crowd.
While there is a "procedural" hold up, the slow grind through the South African Red tape, must edge closer and closer to the tipping point, of a Notarized Mining license. At which Zijin will move quickly IMO.
