In my opinion there are three main issues/events that MAY impact in a positive way on the sell price. These are as follows:

1. Formal notification that the Mining Licence has been issued to Genorah/NKP.

2. Notification of a resolution of the Modikwa Deeps dispute between Anglo/ARM and the DMR, Genorah/NKP and Bauba Platinum.

3. Notification by Zijin that they intend to form a JV with NKP or take them over.



If Anglo sells its 50% JV of the Modikwa Mine to ARM it will mean that one party is removed from the conflict resolution.

If ARM believes that its litigation against the DMR and others over Modikwa Deeps will be unsuccessful then it may decide to once again negotiate a deal with NKP over the H farm. This should have a positive impact whether the H farm is sold to ARM or a JV deal is consummated.

Do not forget that previous bullish announcements by NKP have had no impact on the sp. Therefore maybe only a takeover bid will be the breaker this time.
