Some people clearly have no idea how mergers and acquisitions work. I'm sure there is plenty of talk between bidders around JV or offtake agreements. Similar to what Yal did when they purchased HVO, backdoor sold 49% and managing rights to glencore, Yal Australia didn't even know about that deal until Glencore auditors turned up to site lol.
