Whether or not Anglo is successful (well less than 50:50 imo) does not solve the problem for NKP. These issues will drag out and cost NKP a lot of money, which is probably the intent. They be forced to do a deal and it will not be a sellers market.

Agreed Rod that's why I believe they should take the initiative and release the BFS. Anglo's claim is not likely to get up (but we have been there before with ConCourt). From there stay in suspensio while issues are resolved, while at the same time taking bids for G.
