I maintain this sentimemt due to the ultimate risk of insolvency if the company tries to continue to operate this mine under the current circumstances and with the current managment.

I would change my postion from sell to hold if they put the mine on C&M and announced a binding exploration joint venture with Anglo, signed on clear and unambiguous terms that provide sufficient funds to potentially create value through exploration, resource and reserve definition, and the Jv allows OGX to retain a significant interest in the tenements/belt and any joint success that might be achieved.

Pretty much my opinion all along. Esh
