    Batboy a related party can mean

    My research shows any of the following possible 

    IMO 

    A director etc  - for the $500k loan etc 


    A large shareholder - Anglo-  maybe paying back part of $3m current liability for JV in balance aheet


    A existing business arrangement - like with Cartesian compensation etc for late or shortfall payments
