Read lastest annual report regarding Cartesian group - full terms and conditions and security and compensation penalties etc
It’s all there - not misleading
Regarding min and max ounces payable ( gold debt )
If I am right up to 26000 plus ounces - times gold price = gold debt
etc
If gold goes up they get more $ value
Plus CN debt
Directors loan
Anglo $3m joint venture current liability
