but selling is not to do with the fundamentals. it is something public we are not aware of at this stage...but it is a definite plan attack to suppress the price and drive down the market cap.

my guess the if it is the case, the takeover price can come between 70 cents to 75 cents...so lower the price and cheaper the market cap and more attractiveness of the take over price premium.
