It is not a race. Does not HAVE to happen tomorrow. I think the SP already reflects the slow pace that things have been progressing.

BG if the market believed that a JV was to be announced within one month the SP WOULD NOT be where it is today. It would be alot higher. Things will sort themselves out one way or the other. i.e. an agreed JV with A/A OR a deal to move forward with another MAJOR.
