With only 12% they are a long way from control, and if they wanted control it would cost heaps and heaps because no one would sell at meagre prices. The stock is too tightly held for anyone to cause a delay, especially once the TXS listing goes ahead. And with a large investment it would not be in their interest to keep a mine from developing. Plus my understanding is that Canada has a use or lose policy. Of course they could advance slowly if they owned but eventually it would have to be developed.
If they wanted to pay $1.50 or so I'd be happy to sell to them.
