It's old regurgitated news from 2013, so I very much doubt it will effect LOM in any way. Have a look at the China-Angola investment model and it's growth. In one breath the Angolan government are talking about diversify it's source of funding due to it's reliance on Chinese capital, and in the next breath they are seeking Chinese capital for major investment in the Luanda-Bengo Special Economic Zone. The Chinese will be very happy and probably insistent that Angola keeps a lid on Islam in the country.
