    I am not sure why it is not mentioned as a post balance sheet event in the ADH report (seeing as it was signed March 2009) but I believe in Jan 2009 the $US4.8million that ADH owed to CityView was transferred to Pensador in exchange for Fortitude loans of GBP1.1million and $US3.2million.

    So there may be some double-counting in my last post, if the $US9.2million owed to Cityview by Fortitude includes the loans owed to Pensador by Fortitude that are now owed to Cityview in return for loans owed to Cityview by ADH which are now owed by ADH to Pensador !!!
