    Was there not a mention of what CVI are doing in Angola to become a "model" for other African states?

    Imagine....if CVI can "give Angola back to the Angolans", then imagine waht possibilities there are with the
    same model being applied to Cameroon with all parties (government, rebels, instos) sitting round table spreading the wealth.
