Pallanca They do not intend to pay $14 Million for 10% share of one alluvial concession.
They intend to pay $14 Million for majority ownership ( not sure how much ) of a compamy that we are told has two alluvial and two Kimberlite concessions.
I'm not sure what geological studies have been done but in one of the alluvial sites at Nheffo the area is or was flooded with gariampero .. illegal miners probably from DRC.
That is a good sign because illegal miners usually congregate where land is diamondiferous. The problem has been to get the illegal miners out, which possibly the government was trying to do before the election. One problem still for CVI is that as far as i can tell the govt, through Endiama, has not awareded the Nhefo exploration concession to Canzar YET. Will it happen before CVI pay. That is essential I believe.
Anyway, no matter what, $14Million is a lot to pay but maybe not for 2 legitimate alluvial and two legitimate kimberlite concessions.
You wrote earlier that Cachoeiras de Binga copper was offered by the previous Minister of Mining, Min Africano, to CAMEC plc but after their study they rejected the offer stating the grades was too low. When did CAMEC reject the offer, what year?
