    If I remember correctly, Angola actually paid bail for Falcone IN FRANCE of 12m euros, when pending trial for arms supply. France "was not amused" at the time.

    Must be something brewing if France are extending an olive branch this size.

    HUGE investment, with confidence of payment, is driving the diplomatic front.
