    They have trillions Jack and it's worrying the hell out of America, actually the west in general.

    It's not all beer and skittles with oil at US$134.27c.
    as I speak. Opec is really pushing it to the edge not releasing more oil.

    Economies World wide are being stretched to the limit as the petrodollars flow out. In effect something has to give as the money has to be spread around to go around.

    If oil retraces to around US$100.00bl then it can only benit us all here holding CityView.
