    It's no good trying to hold the RBA responsible.

    Banks answer to shareholders. I am one of them.

    But, government sets the agenda.

    Big difference.

    And, after looking through the results of Westpac, CBA and NAB, they seem to be going ok, albeit, a little low on ROE.
