just more useless and patronising statements from the pm and gang of 3 its not easy switching banks, it costs a stack of money, more fees for useless valuers etc, and early exit fees ...
thats probably why choice magazine found 80% of customers dont switch these goons make it sound simple, like switching off the light switch.... the banks know its not easy, thats is why they have the gall to raise interest rates, charge huge fees....etc
